At Athos, we reaffirm our commitment to excellence and food safety as fundamental pillars of our operations.
On March 16 and 17, 2026, our Ica facility underwent an official inspection conducted by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA), the authority responsible for regulating and ensuring the safety of food products entering the United States market.
The inspection focused on verifying compliance with stringent food safety requirements established under current regulations, including the guidelines of the Food Safety Modernization Act (FSMA).
As a result of this evaluation, Athos achieved:
- Satisfactory classification
- No non-conformities identified
- No critical observations
This important milestone demonstrates the strength of our processes, the effective implementation of our prerequisite programs, and the robustness of our food safety management system.
It also reflects the dedication and discipline of our team, whose commitment to continuous improvement enables us to consistently meet the highest international standards.
At Athos, we understand that every achievement is not a final destination, but a step forward in our ongoing journey to raise our standards and strengthen our presence in the most demanding global markets.
We will continue moving forward with the same conviction that defines us:
to cultivate quality, build trust, and deliver the best of our land to the world.
💛 Together, we achieve more.
